BACKGROUND OF THE FASCINATION PRINCIPLE
The Fascination Principle arose from a powerful life long fascination with the mind and how it continues to influence our bodies and lives. The Fascination Principle is an alternative to the many self help/self healing books because it works as you read it. It is structured in such a way that as you read each chapter you are integrating the information in a unique way.

After working with a group of asthmatics to find out where their asthma originated and having had asthma himself since the age of four, Aaron came to the conclusion that he was creating the asthma. It was not long after this realisation that he had an experience that would change his life forever.  

"A number of years ago I was mowing the lawn when I began to create an asthma attack. I had been doing this, for whatever reason, I had had asthma for 24 years.

To cut a long story short, it was not until, bending down to turn the mower off an hour later that I realised I had not had the asthma attack, in fact I had cured myself and have not had asthma since - that was 11 years ago.

I used what I now call The Fascination Principle to remove asthma. Simply put, I became fascinated in the symptoms of asthma and used the symptoms to create health and well being."



This "ah ha" experience clarified and solidified many years of personal experience and research into the mind/body connection, meditation and hypnosis. It also enabled Aaron to heal and release the asthma he had been creating, and to do it THAT DAY!
